Different ways the blessing may work:
Being able to speak up after feeling blocked for a while
Not being bothered by communication issues/lack of communication (sometimes this is the best way!)
Being able to stay detached while communicating
Being able to separate the emotion from the communication (this does not mean becoming heartless
Being able to speak to different people in different capacities (work, personal, etc)
