Hello,

I'm Harsha, a certified Life Coach and certified Mindfulness Guide & Coach. For over the 15 years now, I have regularly and extensively practiced various forms of mindfulness and meditation techniques and witnessed their profound impact on personal transformation and building resilience. I also understand first-hand the struggle of finding what works for each individual, so now I am here to share my experience with you and help you on your path to harmony and balance.

My Story

During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, I found solace and strength in a mindfulness program that highlighted the power of practicing and learning together as a group. Up until this point, my meditation practice was a solitary experience and I was content with keeping it that way. However, joining a group program online ignited my passion for reaching out to others and supporting them on their own journey of self-discovery and growth. I realised that this was something the world desperately needed and I was glad I had a solid foundation and the means based on which I could provide help and value.

While my background isn't in Psychotherapeutic Academia, I'm deeply passionate about understanding human behavior. To deepen my knowledge and skills, I pursued a Life Coaching certification and also completed a certificate course in Counselling Psychology. I am also a certified Mindfulness Practitioner & Mindfulness Coach. These experiences have equipped me with valuable tools and insights to guide individuals towards positive change and fulfillment.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that one size does not fit all when it comes to personal development. Each of us is unique, with different personalities, needs, backgrounds and limitations. That's why I tailor-make solutions that work specifically for you. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding and a deep respect for your individual journey. At the core of my coaching philosophy is the belief that your conscious engagement is paramount in the healing process. While I serve as a guide and facilitator, you are the driving force in your journey towards growth and transformation. Your intentions, insights and actions are integral to your success.

I firmly believe in the power of Spirituality as a stabilising force in our tumultuous and disconnected world. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, personal growth or simply a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you, I would humbly suggest integrating some form of spiritual practice into your life.

Mindfulness & Life Coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, life skills, practical decision-making, current patterns, habits and choices. It does not involve exploring the past or working through intense emotions. Coaching is usually short-term and goal-oriented, aimed at helping you achieve your life goals & learn self-care practices. This is different from therapy, clinical psychology or psychiatry. Coaching is very effective in the right circumstances but uses different methods, follows a different approach and serve a different purpose.
