Do you move from one responsibility to another without ever feeling like you’ve had a chance to pause? Do you wake up and jump straight into your day without a moment for yourself?


Do you ever feel like your body has stopped, but your mind hasn’t?


When stress builds up without enough opportunities to pause and reset, it can leave us feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally drained and constantly “on.” Over time, this can show up as poor sleep, difficulty concentrating, increased irritability, rumination, decision fatigue and eventually burnout.
