New Moon Mindfulness session for women to get familiar with silence & surrender. Items needed: Water colours/brush pens, paper & a bowl of water, one tea light/small candle, flowers/petals.

About the event

Q. Can I join if i don’t have the items?

A. You can join if you don’t have the candle or flowers. But you need the other items ie colors and paper.


Q. Size of paper?

A. Standard sticky notes size or bigger paper can be cut/torn.


Q. How big does the bowl have to be?

A. To accommodate the papers (folded) if placed inside it.
