About the event
Join this shamanic circle to illuminate the ancestral shadow: the hidden taboos, unhealed traumas and repressed coping mechanisms that our lineages disowned and buried. Our focus is specifically on these forbidden, unspoken spaces that were swept under the rug out of fear or survival. We will witness these inherited dynamics and defence mechanisms, bringing them into the light gently.
Exposing a family shadow naturally triggers moral shock, guilt or deep self-doubt, so our intention is to observe our lineage without judgement. We recognise that past generations made choices out of severe limitation, fear or oppression, etc and simply hold a compassionate mirror.
