Mindfulness is the skill of coming back. To the body. To the breath. To the moment. To stay connected- to what we’re doing, feeling, choosing.


This course focuses on 8 specific aspects of mindfulness. You’ll learn how attention works, how patterns form and how to stay steady when emotions or habits pull you away.
