About the Clay Runes:
Clay holds memory. It responds to touch, breath and fire. You are asked to blow into the rune before baking, to transfer your life force “Ond” into the rune for attunement to your energy. This breath marks the clay as theirs and baking then seals that connection, like firing a spell into form.
Runes are not just objects- they are a living relationship. Here’s how to work with them:
- Keep them physically close. On your desk, in your bag, in the provided pouch or otherwise. They’re meant to stay in your field, not stored away.
- Hold them during meditation or reflection. Let your hands learn their shapes. Let your body recognize their weight. No need to overthink- just be present with them.
- Don’t use them passively. They’re not background energy or charms to forget. If you treat them as placeholders, they’ll go quiet.
- Avoid placing them under your pillow or using them while you sleep. These aren’t for unconscious states. They work best when you’re awake and aware.
