Short check-in for updates in between sessions, specific questions, personal sharing or any support you’d like to connect individually for. Not meant for crisis, complex issues or in-depth work. If you need Coaching/Counselling sessions, please book the 50 mins session separately. Guidelines: 1. You will receive an audio call on WhatsApp at the fixed time. Please be available to answer. 2. Please respect the time limit. For deeper or personal work, full one on one sessions are necessary. 3. These sessions are not divination or coaching sessions or for any problem-solving outside the scope of the session. Please respect the facilitator’s time and energy.


Mindfulness & Life Coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, life skills, practical decision-making, current patterns, habits and choices. It does not involve exploring the past or working through intense emotions. Coaching is usually short-term and goal-oriented, aimed at helping you achieve your life goals & learn self-care practices. This is different from therapy, clinical psychology or psychiatry. Coaching is very effective in the right circumstances but uses different methods, follows a different approach and serve a different purpose.
