Event Flow
Settle In – Begin with 20 minutes of gentle music. Use the time to meditate, color, knit, stretch or simply sit quietly.
Self Care – Take 10 minutes for breathwork or any body-based practice that helps you feel grounded and present.
Open Circle (Optional) – End with up to 15 minutes for anyone who wants to share or chat. There’s no facilitator, just a friendly space for women to connect.
