Ankita and Harsha have created a beautiful, safe and sacred space of sisterhood, connection and sharing. I participated in a ceremony to honor our ancestors and receive their blessings. Every aspect of the ceremony was conducted with honor, gentleness, and power. Ankita's detailed explanations of each part of the ritual part makes the ceremony accessible, even for those new to such experiences.I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the warmth and connection it offers. I am grateful to Ankita and Harsha for creating this unique space.

Praseedha

Mindfulness & Life Coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, life skills, practical decision-making, current patterns, habits and choices. It does not involve exploring the past or working through intense emotions. Coaching is usually short-term and goal-oriented, aimed at helping you achieve your life goals & learn self-care practices. This is different from therapy, clinical psychology or psychiatry. Coaching is very effective in the right circumstances but uses different methods, follows a different approach and serve a different purpose.
