About the event
Note: Take extra 30 mins before the ritual to enter a calm state of mind. Whatever helps you- meditating, movement, music, etc.
Duration: 1 hour.
Items needed: Candle/Diya, Knife/blade (if this is unsafe because of children, etc, skip), something to represent Earth element (pebble, plant, soil, etc), any image/figurine/feathers of peacock, paper and pen. Many people unknowingly carry vows, contracts and agreements made by their ancestors. These may include promises of poverty, loyalty, suffering, silence or sacrifice, often passed down through generations. While they may have once served a purpose, today they can act as invisible restrictions, affecting relationships, health, finances and personal choices.
This ritual will help you begin to identify what ancestral vows and contracts are, how they are formed and how they continue to influence descendants. You will address and consciously end outdated ancestral ties. The focus is on freeing you and your lineage from unconscious obligations, while…
