This ancient Shamanic ceremony is done in a community setting and has different levels of release such as disturbances in the 5 elements, releasing emotional blockages like fears, grief, anger and rekindling your connection with Mother Earth to help you restore your wholeness and health.

This elaborate ceremony has the potential to bring about massive shifts in your energy and it is recommended that you do not plan any major events or travel in the next 2-3 days after attending this so that there is enough time and capacity for integration.
