About the event
A 2-Part Ritual to Cleanse and Clear on June 25 (New Moon) & July 10 (Full Moon / Guru Purnima) Not a group. Not a circle. These are solo DIY rituals. You will get one 30 mins debriefing session in between/after both the rituals, as per your choice where you can discuss what came up or if you need any assistance, etc.

The new moon ritual involves emotional and energetic release.
They are not a substitute for therapy or emergency support. Only do these if you feel emotionally safe enough to witness strong feelings without being overwhelmed. If you’re in crisis or active trauma, do not participate. Seek support first.
It is helpful if you are in active therapy so have space to discuss any memories, emotions, etc that might come up in the new moon ritual. This will help with integration.
