The word Akshaya means “eternal” or “never diminishing”. Sri Sādhanā is a 13-day meditation and ritual program that begins on Akshaya Tritīyā (April 30) and ends on the Buddha Pūrṇimā (Full Moon, May 12).
Akshaya Tritīyā is considered highly auspicious for initiating new beginnings and endeavours, especially related to prosperity and abundance. Buddha Pūrṇimā celebrates inner peace, wisdom and enlightenment, completing the journey towards both material and spiritual wealth.
Śrī Sūktam is one of the most potent and mystical hymns dedicated to Mahalakshmi, the goddess of both material and spiritual abundance. Unlike general prayers for wealth, Śrī Sūktam is a vibrational key that aligns one’s inner and outer reality with prosperity. It is not just about money – but about abundance in all forms: wisdom, clarity, opportunities and energy.
